Cookie window
The period during which a tracking cookie remains active in a visitor's browser — any conversion within this window is attributed to the referring affiliate.

How Cookie window work
When a visitor clicks an affiliate link, a cookie is set with an expiry date. If the visitor returns and converts within that period — whether in the same session or days later — the affiliate earns the commission. Common cookie windows range from 30 to 90 days. Partnero allows program owners to configure cookie windows per program.
Why it matters for your program
A longer cookie window benefits affiliates by capturing conversions from visitors who take time to evaluate a product before buying. For SaaS products with longer sales cycles, a 60 or 90-day cookie window can significantly increase affiliate earnings — and therefore program attractiveness.
