Common questions about the AI Assistant

What can the AI Assistant access?

It can read and update program settings, commission rules, fraud protection, and notifications. It can also create partner and customer records and pull stats, summaries, and overviews from your live program data.

Can it manage payouts?

Not currently. The Assistant can give you payout overviews and current status, but payout processing is handled separately in Partnero.

Is this available on all plans?

Yes — the AI Assistant is included on every Partnero plan, no upgrade required.

Is it part of Partnero AI?

Yes. The AI Assistant is one of four Partnero AI features, alongside Partner Discovery, Program Builder, and MCP.

Does it make changes automatically?

No. The Assistant shows you what it's about to do and confirms changes — you stay in control at every step.

Do I need a developer to set this up?

No. AI Assistant is ready for use as soon as you create an account.

Can affiliates create their own codes?

You control code creation. Auto-generate codes, manually create and assign them, or do both, but affiliates can't create codes themselves.

Can I assign different discount amounts to different affiliates?

Yes. When you manually assign codes, each affiliate can have a different discount. Give top performers better codes, or test which discount amount converts best.
